Redfish Taco Delight

  • 8 oz redfish
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Grilled Tomato
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato (halved)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Avocado Salsa
  • 1 Ripe Avocado (Diced)
  • 1 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 Roasted Jalapeño Pepper
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • For Fish
  • Pat dry the fish with a cloth and season with Salt and Pepper.
  • Half a Tomato and season with Salt and Pepper.
  • Cook both Items on the Grill approximately 4 – 6 minutes at 400 F.
  • For Salsa
  • In a mixing Bowl Add Diced Avocado, Sour Cream, Roasted Jalapeño and Lime Juice.
  • Mix until flavors are spread evenly and season with Salt and Pepper.
  • For Taco
  • Grill Flour Tortilla to warm.
  • Add Chopped Fish, Grilled Tomato and Avocado Salsa to the center of the Tortilla.
  • Roll up Taco and serve.
